Excellent place with great amenities like free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. I remember how the staff helped with my suitcases during my first stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

The breakfast was delicious with tea luke warm, fresh fruit and pancake machine, no complaints whatsoever. Location: the hotel was near to the local shops, town center and Stratford Town & Racecourse. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

The food was reasonably priced and outstanding. The location was excellent, just off the main landmarks and all the Shakespeare attractions and easily accessible.

excellent location, spacious grounds, convenient parking
Housekeeping could improve on cleanliness standards!!! Room design makes seating uncomfortable and limits enjoyment of in-room beverages!!! A little more attention to room maintenance needed!!!

Excellent staff and comfortable stay
The staff were really good, consistently polite and attentive, particularly Atif who provided fantastic service in the restaurant. Our rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and we enjoyed a lovely evening meal with high-quality dishes. The décor in the room could use some updating.

The location: it was ten minutes walk to the rsc - the main reason for my visit. The room was large; breakfast was good and the email link in the lobby was convenient and the staff were very helpful.
The shower in Room 103 needs attention. However careful one is the water floods onto the floor. Also 103 is a little noisy first thing in the morning as the staff prepare for the day's conferences. I'd choose another room next year - but I'd certainly like to return to your hotel.

Staff were wonderful!
Well, it was a superb stay as a finishing night of our two-week road trip. The hotel had a very central location and it was a short way from Mary Ardens House.

Lovely welcome from reception staff and room again was lovely and comfortable. This was my third visit and was very happy once again.
The only thing that spoilt my visit was that you now have to pay £5.00 per day to park your car in the hotel car park. I think this is terrible. The cost of the hotel should include the car park. This is the only reaon that next year I will be staying elsewhere. I would make sure that I told anyone I was going to recommend that you were charged to park your car.

We chose a quiet period and enjoyed the spacious lounge/bar/ restaurant areas and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Great location, most things within walking distance; also excellent bathroom (even had "Villeroy and Boch" washbasin/toilet!).
Perhaps the decor in the rooms is a little dark. It has a very "masculine/corporate" look (dark brown wood/dark greens and blues), which wouldn't necessarily appeal to everyone. Other than that, it's an excellent hotel.
